Kyle Reynolds holds a BA in Sociology and has been flying for over 30 years. He has designed numerous training programs and operations manuals and has implemented single pilot SMS. He holds an ATP with over 10,000 hours and multiple type ratings. He currently flies and manages a Citation M2 for a private firm and continues to provide IOE to crews new to jet aircraft.

Working as a husband and wife team, Kyle and Linda have made excellent training their passion. The effects of standardization on the aviation community have become increasingly clear... training has become predominantly a rote exercise focused on passing check-rides and meeting minimum standards. Combining their knowledge of education and aviation, they have created a proprietary training/learning model known as Solomon's Facilitative Model™️. This model provides an innovative structure for adult learners to be treated as professionals and for training to once again become meaningful, proactive, and engaging.
